NICOL SHOP started its operation in 1989 and is the first fashion department store in Veroia with "shops in a shop" architecture. The target

The physical store ranks first in its kind. The goal was to accomplish this for the online store as well. Together the previous situation required new construction to complete the digital transformation of the business

The main objective was to highlight the seriousness with which the business treats its customers and to increase the trust index.

Methodology

The approach was based on a completely redesigned design in collaboration with nicolshop's internal team. A full bridge to Softone Cloud was implemented.

Checkout - Ordering

A significant improvement has been the new checkout of the Keyvos platform. Both in nicolshop.gr and in the rest of the facilities the new checkout result of months of market study gives by itself an increase in the conversion rate.
