iSystem is an official Apple service centre. For 9 consecutive years, it has been awarded by Apple with the title of "Premium Service Provider" for the quality of its services. 

Project Goals

As an award-winning partner of Apple, which has become synonymous with modern design and flawless user experience, the standards for iSystem were already high. The result should therefore satisfy the parent company and offer features and convenience to the consumer not only for shopping but also for services.

Methodology

The approach was based on the separation of commodities and accessories. Different designs were therefore implemented for the pages depending on the product. In addition, applications were developed to service repair and warranty services whether the customer chooses to come to the physical store or wishes to send his device remotely.

Apple Device Configuration 

In addition to the ready-to-use products, iSystem gives the visitor the opportunity to customize his device according to his needs. Thus a wizard was implemented with which the customer can easily make his choices and learns in real time the final cost of the device and the estimated time of delivery. 

Service - Warranty

To serve customers who require services or warranty coverage, a custom application was created which optimizes the product delivery process. It also covers service needs according to terms and conditions as well as personal data management.
